Please read these terms before using the Site. If under 18, you must obtain parental/guardian consent. Your use of the Site, including ordering Products, is subject to these terms.
You agree to comply with these terms by registering and using the Site to obtain Products.
You must register before ordering. Personal information is handled per our privacy policy (clause 21). Only one active, non-transferable account is allowed. You may update, edit, or terminate your account via the Site. If using a workplace email, ensure compliance with workplace policies.
Orders are placed via the Site and constitute an offer to purchase Products at the notified price (including delivery, charges, and taxes). We may request additional details to process orders. You must provide current, complete, and accurate details.
We may accept or reject orders for any reason (e.g., unavailable Products, pricing errors). Each accepted order forms a binding agreement. If rejected, we will notify you promptly.
Liquor orders are processed from our licensed premises. You acknowledge it is illegal to sell/supply alcohol or tobacco to, or obtain them for, those under 18, and warrant you are not doing so. Those under 18 may not order sharp objects (e.g., knives).
Unless specified: (a) maximum 36 items per Product per order (lower limits may apply); (b) minimum order $30.00 (excluding Delivery Fee). No purchases for resale/trade. Contact Customer Service (0469 889 825, orders@asian-grocer.com.au) for non-standard orders; delivery may take 3+ days. Multiple orders to circumvent limits may be canceled.
We deliver to the front door if free parking is available; otherwise, you may need to collect nearby. We do not deliver inside homes/apartments unless agreed via email, and you bear related risks. For first orders, you must be present and may need to show ID. Receivers must provide ID (and card if paid by credit card). If no appropriate person is present, we may not deliver and may charge up to $25 plus perishable Product costs. We do not deliver alcohol/tobacco to intoxicated or underage persons. ID details may be recorded. Collection: Collectors must provide ID, signature, and payment card. Failure to comply may result in non-delivery and fees (up to $25 plus perishable costs). Restricted Products require collectors to be over 18. Fraud and Risk: We may contact you to verify payment/details. Unverified orders may be canceled. Contact Customer Service if unsure.
Risk passes on delivery/collection. Title passes upon the later of payment, delivery, or collection.
We may cancel orders if Products are unavailable, there are pricing/description errors, or terms are breached. For unavailability/errors, we refund fully. For breaches, we refund fully if canceled before delivery/collection; otherwise, a $25 fee (or payment value, if less) plus perishable costs may apply. You may cancel via the Site (up to 30 mins before delivery/collection window) or Customer Service. On-day cancellations may incur a $25 fee (or our costs) plus perishable costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or alternative means.
You pay: (a) Product prices; (b) Delivery Fee; (c) cancellation fees (clause 10.3(b)(ii)); (d) other specified fees. Prices include GST and are in AUD. Prices are as shown at order time and may change without notice, but accepted orders retain original pricing. Refunds for unavailable Products are issued within 3-5 business days.
Pay online via Visa or MasterCard. Failed payments may lead to order cancellation. You authorize us to debit your card. No fraudulent payments allowed. Receipts are provided at delivery/collection, detailing fees and refunds.
If Products are unavailable, we may provide substitutes (if selected) of similar value/quality, except for liquor, tobacco, cigarettes, baby food, organic, or gluten-free items. Higher-value substitutes are confirmed and charged accordingly. For missing items, check receipts for out-of-stock notations (refunded to your account). For other missing items, contact Customer Service within 24 hours for a credit (3-5 business days) or redelivery.
Defective Products can be returned to our Girraween Branch (128 - Gilba Road, Girraween, NSW 2145) or via Customer Service within 8 hours of delivery for return with your next order. Provide the Tax Invoice, or claims may be rejected. Dairy/Frozen items are non-returnable after 12 hours. Refunds under $10.00 are store credit; above $10.00 are refunded to your card within 3-5 business days.
You must: (a) secure your LoginID/password; (b) notify us of unauthorized use; (c) update registration info; (d) provide your date of birth for Restricted Products; (e) cover Site access costs; (f) be liable for orders using your LoginID/password; (g) allow us to charge for such orders; (h) check Product labels before use.
You must not: (a) breach laws or rights; (b) interfere with users or post offensive material; (c) make fraudulent inquiries; (d) impersonate others; (e) post unlawful content; (f) tamper with the Site; (g) transmit viruses; (h) use robots/spiders; (i) modify/reverse engineer the Site; (j) remove copyright notices; (k) reformat/frame pages; (l) create false accounts; (m) violate security; (n) overload infrastructure; (o) misuse the Site; (p) permit others to do so.
We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content for breaches or fraudulent use. Canceled orders follow clause 10. Refunds for entitled credits are issued after verification.
You warrant: (a) provided information is accurate; (b) receivers/collectors are authorized; (c) you comply with laws.
Our goods/services carry Australian Consumer Law guarantees (e.g., refunds/replacements for failures). We provide the Site “as is,” exclude implied warranties, and are not liable for indirect/consequential losses unless caused by our negligence/willful misconduct. Our liability is reduced if you contribute to the loss.
We may suspend/terminate/limit Site access for unremedied breaches, breaches within 10 days of notice, or emergencies. You may stop using the Site anytime. We may discontinue the Site without notice, but accepted orders are unaffected unless Products are unavailable, with refunds issued.

Site Materials are owned/licensed by us. You must not copy, distribute, or frame Materials without consent. You may store/print content for viewing/purchasing only. Trademarks require our/third-party consent.
We may change terms, effective upon posting. Review terms for each order. Accepted orders use terms at order time.
Links to external sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for them. Invalid provisions are severed without affecting the agreement. NSW laws govern; Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant supplier information.
